The ORNL Mouse House, one of ORNL's oldest research activities, is being closed.

• Frozen stocks (embryos, ovaries, sperm and tissue) have been transferred to The Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor, Maine.
• Collaborative Cross mice have been moved to the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC.

ORNL staff continue to update the MMDB, capturing data that could otherwise be lost forever.
